In any large corporation like UTAS around 3% of the members could be classified as psychopaths.
These people are not your normal every-day psychos! They're smart, intelligent and often hold positions of power like, say, the chair of the Board of Graduate Studies by Research as a random example of a position of power.
They misuse their position to derive dysfunctional gratification.
